Services may be requested by filling out the Request For Services form below, calling 612-235-6743 x4, or emailing services@reclaim.care. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that there may be a waiting time to receive services from RECLAIM.

RECLAIM’s focus is on providing mental health support to queer and trans youth ages 12-25. Although we may have information about other resources, our ability to offer resources to folks outside our age range is limited. RECLAIM serves youth ages 12-25 and their families by providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy. We specialize in assisting youth with gender identity and sexual orientation exploration, in addition to treating other mental health concerns impacting youth and young adults such as anxiety, depression, and pervasive trauma.
Our therapy services are offered both in person at our office in Saint Paul and virtually to anyone in Minnesota. Any youth 16 or older is able give their own consent for therapy.
RECLAIM’s therapists use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Anchored Relational Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, somatic experiencing, and other person-centered models of care.
Most major health insurance plans are accepted. We work with anyone, regardless of whether they have insurance or not, and we can connect you with insurance navigators if needed. If someone is insured, we bill through insurance when it is safe and accessible. For those who are under/uninsured or have difficulty affording services, we offer sliding-scale, equity-based pricing.
