Our annual Celebrate the Love brunch and gala is coming up on Saturday, February 14, 2026. We are putting out a call for volunteers for this event which brings together around 400 people in support of RECLAIM’s mission to provide financially accessible mental health care for queer and trans youth.
We have two volunteer meetings to get new and returning volunteer oriented to CTL, introduce you to other volunteers and staff, learn about roles on event day, and explore opportunities to help in the weeks leading up to CTL. Please plan to attend one of these meetings if you’d like to volunteer at CTL. You do not need to attend both.
- RSVP for Wednesday, January 14 volunteer meeting – virtual – 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- RSVP for Thursday, February 5 volunteer meeting – at RECLAIM – 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
If you’re a returning CTL volunteer and you already know which roles you’d like, you can sign up now through our CTL volunteer interest form. This form mainly asks about helping at CTL on February 14 since that’s our biggest area of need. If you want to help with tasks before February 14, such as with the silent auction, also indicate that on the form and we’ll follow up directly.
Two weeks before the event – Feb 3-5 in the afternoons
- Silent auction prep - Picking up items, sorting, cataloguing, etc.
Week before the event – Feb 10-12 in the afternoons
- General event prep - Constructing decorations, stuffing nametags, running errands, etc.
Day of the event (examples, not a complete list) – Feb 14
- Decoration & set-up, Greeter, Registration, Photography
- Silent auction - set-up, logistics, checkout
